The OMNI System
Features what we call "Abode Intelligencia", powered by the Amazon Echo, with touch and motion sensors matched with scheduled protocols and voice commands. Along with the security system, everything is connected via a dedicated touchscreen panel on a Wi-Fi 6e wireless mesh network with 2.5Gbps wired ports. Mini-Split Multi-Zone (std):
Heating and cooling a home evenly is not always possible, especially in areas like a bonus room or attic. Mini-split units are an excellent solution, offering the benefits of energy and money savings.
FUTRHOMES utilizes a multi-zone, ductless mini-split system which allows the occupants to set different temperatures to each accompanying room throughout the home.

Water Treatment (std):
The scientists estimated that more than 200 million people—the majority of Americans—have tap water contaminated with a mixture of PFOA and PFOS at concentrations of one part per trillion (ppt) or higher.

Air Purification (std):
Even though there was 17.6 million fewer people breathing unhealthy air compared to the 2022 “State of the Air” report, the number of people living in counties with failing grades for daily spikes in deadly particle pollution was 63.7 million, the most ever reported under the current national standard.
In response to this dilemma, FUTRHOMES include air filtration units with each home acquired. We believe having healthy air improves one’s health and well-being, so we want to ensure our owners reap any benefits associated with good air quality.
UV Anti-Viral Lights (std):
During the height of the global pandemic there was global evidence for ultraviolet radiation decreasing COVID-19 growth rates. UV Lighting has been known as an effective fighter against viruses on surfaces, and this is welcomed news.
FUTRHOMES want our owners to reap any widely available options when it comes to keeping your family safe from items like viruses, so all bathrooms and the kitchen area is equipped with UV Lighting and can be scheduled to clean your home while you’re sleeping.
Solar Array/Battery (opt.):
